Data & Intellectual Property
A plain-language summary of how Vizcraft handles your photos, your generated renders, and your data. For complete legal terms, see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Last Updated: September 24, 2026
1. Your Photos & Content
- Your uploads remain your property. You retain all rights to the images you upload to Vizcraft.
- We use your photos only to generate the renders you request, nothing else.
- Delete a project in your library or email privacy@vizcraft.ai and we remove its files from our storage within 30 days.
2. AI-Generated Content
- You own the renders generated through your use of Vizcraft, subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service.
- AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. The legal landscape is still evolving.
- Similar inputs from different users may produce similar outputs. We do not guarantee exclusivity of generated content.
3. How We Process Your Images
When you request a render, your uploaded image is sent to our AI processing partners:
- FAL.ai: our primary AI inference provider.
- Replicate: additional AI model hosting.
Our providers may retain request data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and operations.
Processing occurs on servers in the United States and Europe.
4. Model Training & Data Use
Vizcraft does not train AI models on your uploads or renders.
De-identified, aggregated analytics data (not your photos) helps us understand how the product is used and where to improve it.
5. Analytics & Tracking
We use a small set of third-party tools to understand how Vizcraft is used, to measure our ads and to fix bugs:
- PostHog: product analytics to understand feature usage and improve the experience. On this website it runs unless you decline analytics cookies. Its session recordings, with form inputs and page text masked, run only after you accept.
- Meta Pixel and Google Ads: conversion tracking on marketing pages only, loaded only after you accept cookies. They are not loaded on authenticated or product pages.
- Sentry: error tracking to identify and fix bugs quickly. Unless you decline analytics cookies, it may also keep a replay of a visit, with all text masked and all images blocked, when an error happens and for a small share of other visits.
- Sign-up attribution: unless you decline analytics cookies, a first-party cookie remembers how you first reached Vizcraft (the referring site, the landing page and any campaign tags) for up to 90 days, so a sign-up can be credited to that visit.
You can opt out of analytics tracking at any time: choose Decline in the cookie banner, or reopen it with (also in the site footer) and change your choice. Declining stops PostHog, Sentry replays, the Meta Pixel and Google Ads on this website in that browser, removes the sign-up attribution cookie and the identifiers PostHog stored there, and your choice is saved there. For account-level requests, email privacy@vizcraft.ai.
Declining does not turn off:
- Sentry error reports (without a replay), which we need to keep the site working.
- Our count of homepage visits, which records only the page and the day, with no cookies or identifiers.
6. Data Storage & Transfer
- User data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted in the United States.
- Generated images are stored on Cloudflare R2 (global CDN).
- Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
- We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR. For EEA/UK transfers, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and other legally recognized mechanisms.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of your data.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Opt out of analytics tracking, as described in section 5.
