Data & Intellectual Property

A plain-language summary of how Vizcraft handles your photos, your generated renders, and your data. For complete legal terms, see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Last Updated: 4/8/2026

1. Your Photos & Content

  • Your uploads remain your property. You retain all rights to the images you upload to Vizcraft.
  • We use your photos only to generate the renders you request — nothing else.
  • You can delete your uploads at any time from your account.
  • Deleted content is removed from our active systems within 30 days.

2. AI-Generated Content

  • You own the renders generated through your use of Vizcraft, subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service.
  • AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. The legal landscape is still evolving.
  • Similar inputs from different users may produce similar outputs. We do not guarantee exclusivity of generated content.

3. How We Process Your Images

When you request a render, your uploaded image is sent to our AI processing partners:

  • FAL.ai — our primary AI inference provider.
  • Replicate — additional AI model hosting.

Images are processed in real-time and are not stored by our AI partners beyond the processing session.

Processing occurs on servers in the United States and Europe.

4. Model Training & Data Use

Free tier

Anonymized, aggregated data derived from usage may be used to improve our models. This is de-identified data — not your original photos.

Paid plans

Your uploaded content is NOT used for model training. We may use anonymized usage patterns (not your images) to improve the service.

In all cases, de-identified, aggregated analytics data (not your photos) helps us understand how the product is used and where to improve it.

5. Analytics & Tracking

We use a small set of third-party tools to understand how Vizcraft is used and to fix bugs:

  • PostHog — product analytics to understand feature usage and improve the experience.
  • Meta Pixel — conversion tracking on marketing pages only. It is not loaded on authenticated or product pages.
  • Sentry — error tracking to identify and fix bugs quickly.

You can opt out of analytics tracking in your account settings.

6. Data Storage & Transfer

  • User data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted in the United States.
  • Generated images are stored on Cloudflare R2 (global CDN).
  • Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
  • We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR. For EEA/UK transfers, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and other legally recognized mechanisms.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of your data.
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Opt out of analytics tracking.
