What are credits and how are they used?
Credits are the unit you spend when you run a generation or export in Vizcraft. Each render or tool action consumes credits according to its complexity and output settings. When you buy a pack, credits are added to your account balance and used until depleted.
Is Vizcraft a subscription or a one-time purchase?
Vizcraft offers monthly plans for recurring rendering volume and one-time credit packs for overages or occasional projects. Monthly plans renew until canceled; credit packs are pay-once top-ups.
Do credits expire?
Credits from one-time packs do not expire. Subscription credits are added at the start of each billing period and do not roll over: any you have not used end when the billing period ends. We use your subscription credits before your pack credits, so pack credits are kept for when you need them. If you cancel, your subscription credits stay usable until the end of the period you paid for, and your pack credits stay on your account.
Which pack should I choose?
Choose Starter Monthly for occasional client visuals, Pro Monthly for regular interior design, real-estate, or architecture proposal work, and Studio Monthly for agencies and studios with weekly volume. Use one-time packs when you need extra renders.
